65 Units Of Blood Donated In Pokhara

Tourism Pokhara. In an open blood donation program organised by Prithvi Highway Bus Operators Committee here in Pokhara, 65 units of blood has been collected. “In the occasion of 46th anniversary of Committee, we have organised blood donation program in Prithvi Chowk on Monday,” Dharma Aryal, vice-chairman of committee informed.

The program began after chief guest of event Mr Bamdev Dhungana, Chairman of Nepal Redcross Society Kaski provided blood bag to Traffic police Mr Arjun Adhikari, first blood donor of event. In the program chaired by Chairman of Committee Mr N. Kumar Sai, Vice chairman Dharma Aryal, Chief Secretary Yogendra Bahadur K.C and others expressed their views. Committee is set for a cleaning campaign in Pokhara as well as a program to feed old aged people on Tuesday.

In the program newly elected Chairman of Committee Mr N. Kumar Sai was congratulated and wished for a successful tenure.
