Paragliding Accident Kills Romanian Citizen In Pokhara

A solo paragliding pilot was killed after he plunges into Fewa Lake in Pokhara, today morning.

The deceased is identified as Ede Ciszer, 40 yo, from Romania who came to Nepal along with 9 other foreign pilots. The accident occured at around 11:20 Am after the novice pilot fell into Fewa lake while trying spiral moves.

Paragliding accidents are frequently occurring in Pokhara as proper monitoring lacks from concerned department here. Another Romanian paraglider had also died in 2015 in Pokhara in a similar accident. Pokhara attract thousands of tourist from all over the world for its unparalleled natural beauty and availability of wide range of adventure sports.
